When we took on the White Hart last year what was left of the kitchen had to be condemned. We ordered a new 'state of the art' kitchen from Germany, and as many of you will remember, it was delayed for over a month and a half in Customs.
We then had the trials and tribulations of having the new kitchen fitted and replacing the electricity and gas supplies to it too. Never mind! It was all worth it in the end.
On Thursday the 27th of March 2025 we had a full Environmental Health inspection of our Kitchen and Cellar and achieved a 5 rating. A '5' is the highest rating that you can be awarded and it is the first time that the White Hart has achieved this in the last 23 years.
Delicious home cooked food
The White Hart Inn prides itself in serving delicious home cooked food, sourced from local artisan bakers, locally produced vegetables and locally reared meat. Only the best will do for us, because only the best will do for our clients!
